Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting products to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training, conducting piercings, educating customers on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with organized inventory, visually appealing displays, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and suggest products that boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while assisting customers and organizing merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for tasks like inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.

Qualifications

• Completed some high school.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Passion for providing customers with opportunities for self-expression.
• Energized by customer interactions and committed to delivering excellent service.
