Part-Time K-14 Initiatives Assistant
Major Responsibilities
- Data Entry, Records Management, and Database Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental records, including course rosters, testing information, course offerings, final grades, instructor records, and other program-related data.
- Perform data entry and verification within college systems and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and maintain records within the DualEnroll platform and related systems.
- Process enrollment tasks as needed, including course registrations, drops, withdrawals, and other student record updates.
- Resolve registration holds, terminations, and data discrepancies according to established procedures.
- Generate and compile reports for departmental needs.
- Maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with college policies and FERPA requirements.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the K-14 Initiatives Team, including document preparation, record tracking, and workflow coordination.
- Communicate with dual credit instructors, school partners, and internal departments regarding information requests, updates, and required documentation.
- Support special projects, departmental and campus initiatives as assigned.
Customer Service Support
- Respond to routine phone and email inquiries to resolve or direct questions to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Provide occasional front desk support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting visitors with general information.
- Escalate complex student or guest concerns to appropriate staff members when necessary.

Compensation
This is a part-time hourly role that pays $15.75 per hour.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer experience in word-processing, spreadsheets, and database management required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be able to work with high school age students.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, have a valid driver’s license, be willing and able to travel to local community partners within Hamilton County.
