About the role

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory management of medicated and non-medicated items. This role plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations.
  • Stock finished goods.
  • Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems, as well as utilize the point-of-sale record-keeping system/METRC to receive, track and adjust inventory.
  • Affix and maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault.
  • Perform daily reconciliation process for all point-of-sale items.
  • Assist in order verifications.
  • Assist and complete annual inventory as required by regulations.
  • Assist with additional distribution duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in inventory management or in an inventory role.
  • Age 21 or over.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
  • POS and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Accurate record keeping.
  • Proficiency in windows-based software and Internet navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

Skills

  • Preferred Experience utilizing the Dutchie Point of Sale and Backoffice platforms.
  • Focused simultaneously on short- and long-term goals.
  • Comfort with security protocols, including video monitoring and employee tracking.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly unassisted.
  • Ability to perform various physical activities, including lifting, standing, and squatting.
  • Ability to wear personal protective gear during portions of the day.

Schedule

Evenings and weekend availability. Saturdays and Sundays required. Hours can be between 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 1:00PM to 9:30PM.
