Part Time Instructor - Transportation Institute

Responsibilities

• write/review course descriptions and learning outcomes
• build/supplement curriculum as needed
• provide instruction and ensure all elements of training are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a tanker endorsement
• At least five years of truck driving experience
• Preferably an associate’s degree and training experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation and computer skills
• Well organized and thorough
• Able to work well with little supervision
• Demonstrate patience, teaching ability, listening skills, and professionalism
