Part-Time Infection Prevention (IP) Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of infection prevention protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conducting surveillance, reporting, and staff education related to infection control
• Collaborating with department leaders to maintain a safe, sanitary environment
• Leading outbreak response and root cause investigations as needed
• Maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada
• Infection Prevention or related clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CDC, OSHA, and state-specific guidelines
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams
