Part-Time Industrial Physical Therapist - Muskogee, OK

About the Role

Provide onsite physical therapy services at a large-scale construction project, focusing on injury prevention, early intervention, functional improvement, and ergonomic risk reduction. Responsibilities

• Provide onsite physical therapy evaluations and interventions within scope of practice and state regulations.
• Deliver early intervention services to address musculoskeletal discomfort before recordable injury occurs.
• Identify cases requiring medical referral and coordinate appropriate escalation.
• Design and implement injury prevention and movement optimization programs.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and job task analyses.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs through functional progression.
• Document all services accurately, timely, and in compliance with legal and program standards.
• Track and report trends, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Educate employees on body mechanics, posture, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health, Safety, HR, and leadership teams.
• Maintain clinic equipment and supplies used for PT services.
• Comply with client policies, WorkCare standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties and assume responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 2–5 years of clinical Physical Therapy experience required.
• Experience in occupational health, ergonomics, industrial rehabilitation, or sports medicine preferred.

Physical Demands

Schedule

Monday and Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $48 - $58 per hour. Final compensation offered to the candidate within this range depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
