About the role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including in-person and virtual sessions.
Responsibilities
- Tailor treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Conduct intake assessments and progress evaluations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current license to practice independently in state(s) of operation
- Passing score on national certification exam (if required)
Skills
- Strong therapeutic skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in technology, particularly EHR systems
