A client in the executive search industry is looking for an accomplished professional to join its team as a part-time Inbound Sales Consultant. There is no requirement to generate leads through cold calls or outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities
- Call Delivery: Present the firm's recruitment offering clearly, connecting its value to commercial impact and return on investment. Maintain an attentive, composed, and highly professional approach during every client interaction. Apply a consistent qualification framework to each inquiry and establish whether both parties are well matched. Lead one to three pre-booked video consultations each day with companies interested in executive recruitment services.
- Client Handover & Follow-Through: Work with the administration team to document agreed next steps, expectations, and timelines. Record important hiring requirements and business insights before smoothly transferring qualified prospects to the recruitment team. Follow up promptly with leads and newly onboarded clients, responding to any questions they may have.
- Record-Keeping & Process Improvement: Enter notes, opportunity stages, and required actions into the CRM and Slack directly after every meeting. Review individual pipeline performance and propose practical adjustments that may increase conversions.
Requirements
- Self-Directed Reliability: Proven ability to organise an independent workload and meet established KPIs from a professional remote workspace.
- Recruitment Expertise: A minimum of two years of successful experience in full-cycle recruitment or consultative B2B sales, with evidence of securing service agreements.
- Flexible Availability: Prepared to maintain a flexible calendar, with the ability to accommodate occasional meetings outside standard working hours.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: Capable of reviewing information and client input quickly to identify practical opportunities for process enhancement.
- Extensive Work History: A minimum of 25 years of previous work experience across any professional background.
- Tech Fluency: Confident using CRM platforms, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and everyday office applications for record-keeping and pipeline management.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to make detailed hiring services understandable and relevant to prospective clients.
- Active Listening and Qualification: Uses targeted questions to uncover client priorities and restates important details to ensure alignment.
