• Thursday & Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Intermediate Care Facility (ICF): 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM, 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Blue Ash Day Program: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple service locations
• Trach/vent experience preferred (not required—we’ll train you)
• A genuine passion for compassionate, person-centered care
