About the role

This team member ensures guest rooms are clean, attractive, and welcoming, providing extra touches for discriminating guests. Turndown Attendants turn down beds, freshen rooms, offer amenities like ice and extra towels, adjust lighting, set soothing television and music channels, and draw curtains.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed, including warmly greeting guests.
• Offer assistance and information to guests.
• Clean guest rooms according to Omni’s standards.
• Provide water and ice to guests.
• Offer towels, pillows, and other amenities.
• Change linens and turn down beds.

Requirements

• Manual labor experience required.
• Effective communication skills (answer basic questions about services, give directions).
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive movements for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20–25 pounds intermittently, and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull a housekeeping supply cart.
• Must be available to work evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
