Responsibilities Completion of a daily apartment cleaning scheduleCleaning common spacesTo maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for residents this includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash receptaclesAssisting team mates Qualifications Preferred experience in housekeeping, custodial, cleaning or a related field - will train the right candidateKnowledge of general cleaning solutions, chemicals, and cleaning suppliesAbility to pass criminal background and drug testOur ideal candidate is friendly, observant, flexible, patient, organized, and helpful Schedule: Part-time Friday through Sunday from 6:00AM - 2:30PM From the first interview, the onboarding process, to the day-to-day interactions with residents and staff, we offer a genuine family-oriented atmosphere.
