Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in public schools
  • Experience providing support via phone and email to schools and families
  • Experience using student information systems, preferably OnCourse SIS
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Google Business Suite (G-mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues constructively
  • Ability to communicate effectively via the phone, email, in-writing, and in-person
  • Ability to work in a team and independently

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide enrollment support via phone, email, and in-person to all school stakeholders (staff, parents, etc).
  • Maintain the Student Registration and Medical Appointments email accounts and calendars.
  • Communicate with other school districts in New Jersey about enrollment records.
  • Support the Enrollment Specialist with daily operations of the Central Registration Department.
  • Perform staff training conducted in-person and virtually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor(s).
