Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in public schools
- Experience providing support via phone and email to schools and families
- Experience using student information systems, preferably OnCourse SIS
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Google Business Suite (G-mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets)
- Ability to problem solve and resolve issues constructively
- Ability to communicate effectively via the phone, email, in-writing, and in-person
- Ability to work in a team and independently
Essential Job Functions
- Provide enrollment support via phone, email, and in-person to all school stakeholders (staff, parents, etc).
- Maintain the Student Registration and Medical Appointments email accounts and calendars.
- Communicate with other school districts in New Jersey about enrollment records.
- Support the Enrollment Specialist with daily operations of the Central Registration Department.
- Perform staff training conducted in-person and virtually.
- Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor(s).
