What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
- Conduct assessments and support individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions and care needs
- Document visits, interventions, and outcomes
- Communicate with physicians and care team on changes in condition
- Support care coordination and ongoing client needs
Requirements
- Active Washington State LPN or RN license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Home care or home health experience preferred

Pay & Schedule
- $35–$40 per hour (based on license and experience)
