Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Perform home visits and provide patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.

Requirements

• Active Virginia PTA license.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of home health regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
