About the role
This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities
- Help patients maintain their independence and quality of life
- Perform routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes)
- Set up medications and conduct general health assessments
Requirements
- Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing
- 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
