About the role
Join a comprehensive hematology/oncology practice within a large health system, providing specialized cancer care at a Level II trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of solid tumors and hematology cases with support from a dedicated team, including a nurse navigator.
- Participate in a 1:5 call rotation with reduced clinic duties during inpatient weeks.
- Work a 4-day clinical week plus one administrative day, with access to clinical trials and research as an NCI site.
- See 12-16 patients daily, leveraging a robust support staff and a 33-chair infusion center.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Ability to focus on subspecialty areas within hematology or oncology.
- Strong clinical, communication, and multitasking skills.
