About the Role
The Exercise Coach delivers one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction using proprietary Exerbotics technology. Coaches transform clients’ strength, stability, and confidence through personalized, data-driven workouts in a clinical, distraction-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group sessions using bio-sensitive Exerbotics equipment.
- Coach clients on proper form, motivation, and safety during personalized workouts.
- Track and record client progress with data-driven tools.
- Educate clients on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and session packages.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Ability to complete The Exercise Coach Certification course and Nutrition Playbook Certification.
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally recognized provider.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- People-oriented, well-spoken, and energetic with a positive personality.
Professional Development
