Part-Time Hardee's Shift Supervisor (Flexible Schedule | Ozarks Tech Campus)

Position Summary

We offer a flexible work schedule designed to fit your availability—no late-night shifts, with holidays and weekends off. This is not your typical fast-food position; you’ll work in a supportive, campus-based environment within a food court setting. Essential Job Duties

• Oversight of restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Supporting team members to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Handling guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experiences
• Maintaining food safety procedures
• Completing and verifying temperature logs, cleanliness checklists, and other required documentation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, well-organized work environment
• Auxiliary in training new employees

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual strongly preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, while maintaining quality and service
• Ability to accurately document and maintain appropriate records, logs, and reports
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively and courteously with staff, students, and the general public
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Physical Demands and Working Environment

• Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting with frequent interruptions and distractions. Requires extended periods of time viewing computer monitor or standing; may require adjustment of schedule to include some evening and/or weekends; may encounter occasional exposure to inclement weather during travel.
• Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. This position does require the ability to lift to 40 lbs.
