Part-Time Happy Hour Line Cook (Wed to Fri, 2 PM to 7 PM) West Hollywood, CA Part Time Très L.A. Bistro & Café Experienced Très L.A. is looking for a skilled, dependable Line Cook to run our happy hour kitchen at Très L.A. Bistro & Café at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Our happy hour menu features shareable plates like house-made potato chips, fried calamari, fried chicken, petit smashburgers, warm goat cheese toasts, and charcuterie. This is a set part-time schedule of Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, about 15 hours per week. Each shift covers setup before happy hour opens, a fast-paced service from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and closing and cleanup afterward. It is a great fit for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours alongside another job, school, or commitment. Pay $25.00 per hour What You'll Do Set up and stock your station before happy hour, including prep for fried items, flat-top items, and cold platesCook and plate happy hour menu items to recipe and presentation standardsRun the fryer and flat-top safely and efficiently during a busy three-hour serviceKeep tickets moving and communicate clearly with the front-of-house teamLabel, date, and store product correctly to reduce wasteBreak down, clean, and sanitize your station and equipment at the end of each shiftFollow all food safety, sanitation, allergen, and company policies What We're Looking For At least one year of line cook experience in a restaurant, bar, or café, with fryer and flat-top experience preferredAbility to work independently and stay organized when running the kitchen during serviceA reliable, positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethicComfortable with physically active work, including standing for long periods, working near hot equipment, and lifting up to 50 poundsConsistent availability every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PMReliable transportation to the Pacific Design Center in West HollywoodCurrent Food Handler Card required If you take pride in great food, clean execution, and a smooth service, we would love to hear from you.
