Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and help customers look and feel their best
• Provide excellent customer service and genuine connections
• Contribute to a great team culture and help other stylists succeed

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and customer service
• A team-oriented attitude

Pay

• Stylists average between $22.00–$23.00 per hour
• Productivity, Retail Commission, Customer Return Bonuses and tips (stylists average between $6–18/hour in tips & bonuses)

Training & Development
