Pay

• Stylists average between $20.00–$21.00 per hour
• Productivity and Retail Commission, Customer Return Bonuses, and tips (stylists average between $6–$18/hour in tips & bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and help customers look and feel their best
• Provide excellent customer service and genuine connections
• Contribute to a great team culture and support fellow stylists
• Use salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and customer service
• A team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent service

Skills

• Skill training, one-on-one technical coaching, and ongoing development through Great Clips University (GCU)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
