What You Bring To The Team

To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you’ll need a valid Cosmetology or Barber License, a passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best, a desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections, and a team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.

Pay

Average pay is $23-$30/hr including tips and bonuses plus guaranteed hourly base wage.

Schedule

Part-time schedules are designed to cover specific shifts and offer flexibility, and may vary by salon. Many stylists choose part-time hours to fit around family, school, or other work.
