Pay

Up to $35/hr effective wage for stylists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and help customers look and feel their best
• Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections
• Contribute to a great team culture and support fellow stylists

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)

Qualifications

• A passion for haircutting
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service
• A team-oriented attitude

Skills

• Skill training and one-on-one technical coaching
• Ongoing development through Great Clips University (GCU)
• Ability to use salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App
