Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and excellent customer service to walk-in clients
• Participate in ongoing training and development through Great Clips University (GCU)
• Contribute to a team-oriented culture that supports stylist success
• Use salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture

Pay

• Base wage of $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (plus tips)
• Paid training
