Part Time Gymnastics Instructor/ Kids Coach
About The Role
The Little Gym of Rogers is seeking a high-energy, part-time Gymnastics Instructor to lead fun, engaging classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and reliable, with great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Teach basic gymnastics and movement skills
- Lead fun, structured classes
- Create a safe, positive environment
- Help with parties, camps, and events
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and reliable individual with great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred but not required qualifications include gymnastics, cheer, dance, theater, childcare, or teaching experience.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time (evenings + weekends)
- 10–20 hours/week
- Competitive hourly pay ($11.00 - $15.00 per hour)
