About the Role

The Guest Lead reports to Store Leadership and plays a key role in achieving store goals by delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining visual presentations, developing associates, and ensuring operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience and adhere to Altar’d State’s guest service standards.
• Act as a positive role model, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize great performance.
• Embrace feedback to drive positive change and lead through conflict with respect.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and assist with merchandising and window displays.
• Adhere to brand dress and grooming standards, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention policies.
• Participate in store walk-throughs, communicate successes and opportunities, and serve as leader on duty as needed.
• Uphold the organizational Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, or squatting.
• May need to climb ladders or stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
