Part Time - Groundskeeper

About the role

Maintain and enhance the property's landscape and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe, well-kept environment.

Responsibilities

• Landscape grounds using hand or power tools, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and raking.
• Maintain sports fields, parking lots, sidewalks, and perform snow and ice management.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment, adapt to various tasks, and attend scheduled shifts punctually.
• Operate heavy equipment and apply pesticides or herbicides as needed (requires appropriate licenses).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Horticultural training required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pesticide/herbicide licenses and possible heavy equipment certification.
