Part-time Groundskeeper
Requirements
- Minimally 1 full year experience
- Knowledge of Lawn/Soil/Tree/Bush maintenance
- Ability to be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions for long periods of time
- Ability to operate power equipment including Bucket Loader
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Perform all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removal
- May have to apply pesticides
- Responsible for cleaning and performing minor adjustments to grounds equipment
- Absorb and perform miscellaneous small jobs during the off season such as painting and other tasks given by Supervisor

Position Overview
Perform all Groundskeeping duties such as mowing, mulching, flower beds, leaf removal, trimming of small trees & bushes, snow removalSmall repairs to walks & parking lotsMay have to apply pesticidesWill be responsible for cleaning and performing minor adjustments to grounds equipmentWill assist with miscellaneous small jobs during the off season such as painting and other tasks given by Supervisor
