Responsibilities

• Help customers find products, inform about specials, and recommend items.
• Check product quality and freshness, review "sell by" dates, and take appropriate action.
• Label, stock, and manage inventory, report discrepancies, and stay current with promotions.
• Maintain proper temperatures and food safety standards, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Create a welcoming environment by answering customer inquiries and supporting diverse needs.
• Follow safety protocols, identify hazards, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, resolve conflicts, and act with integrity.

Requirements

• Customer service skills, effective communication, and basic math knowledge.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
