Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, promoting products, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while supporting sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Help customers discover products, recommend items, and inform about specials.
• Ensure product quality, check "sell by" dates, and restock merchandise with accurate labeling and inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, maintain proper temperature logs, and perform equipment inspections.
• Create a friendly atmosphere, respond to customer inquiries, and support safety procedures.
• Manage conflicts professionally, follow directions, and assist diverse customer needs including minors and seniors.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Retail experience preferred.

Pay

$15.10 to $18.55 per hour.
