Part-Time Grocery Clerk

Role Overview: Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in achieving sales and profit goals by maintaining quality standards and product presentation. Key Responsibilities: Foster trust among staff and customers, answer product inquiries, recommend items, and inform customers of specials. Ensure product quality through proper labeling, stocking, and inventory management. Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, maintain proper temperatures, and report safety concerns or incidents. Support safety programs, conduct equipment inspections, and communicate any safety risks or illegal activities. Qualifications: Must handle stress effectively, possess basic math and communication skills. Retail experience and bilingual abilities are preferred.
