Part Time Grant Case Manager
About the role
This is a part-time, grant-funded position responsible for supporting the administrative, coordination, and documentation associated with the organization's SAMHSA-funded program. The Grant Case Manager will work to support grant implementation, maintain accurate program documentation, assist with data collection and reporting requirements, coordinate program activities, and help ensure compliance with SAMHSA grant objectives and organizational policies. This is a non-clinical, non-patient-facing position focused on grant coordination, documentation, data tracking, program support, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of activities and objectives outlined in the SAMHSA grant.
- Assist program leadership with tracking grant goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain organized and accurate grant-related records, documentation, and files.
- Assist with collection, organization, and tracking of program data and outcome measures.
- Enter, review, and maintain information in designated databases, spreadsheets, or other reporting systems.
- Assist with preparation of grant reports, progress reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor program activities and documentation for completeness and consistency with grant requirements.
- Assist with tracking participant/program engagement and other grant-related metrics without providing direct clinical services.
- Coordinate with internal staff and community partners regarding grant-related activities and deliverables.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-up related to grant activities.
- Help prepare materials, forms, reports, presentations, and other documents required for grant implementation.
- Identify missing information, documentation gaps, or potential issues and communicate them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable organizational policies, procedures, and privacy requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, grant meetings, training, and other activities as requested.
- Perform other duties related to the SAMHSA-funded program as assigned.
Requirements
Required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or comparable programs.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Preferred
- Experience working with grant-funded programs.
- Experience with SAMHSA, behavioral health, substance use, mental health, or other federally funded programs.
- Experience with data collection, reporting, compliance, or program coordination.
- Familiarity with electronic databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or community-based organizations.
Schedule
Part-time position up to 15 hours per week. Schedule may be flexible based on program needs and grant-related deadlines.
Working Conditions
Primarily administrative/program support work. Position does not require routine direct patient/client contact.
