Part Time General Labor GPP

Part-time position in general plant production and general labor. This role is evergreen and may include work in various areas such as Casing, Cook Room, Clean & Grind, Block Utility, Laner Room, Hold Orders, Wrappers, and Cleaning. Availability is required for daily or weekend overtime as needed, including shifts when production lines are operational.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in assigned production areas as needed.
• Sort slices and peel rejects as required.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with others in a team environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Team Associate (TA) or Team Leader (TL).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desire and ability to work well in a team.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, stoop, climb steps, and use ladders.

Pay

• Wages ranging from $18.51 to $21.94 per hour.
• Night premium: $1.50 per hour.
• Longevity pay: $0.50 to $1.00 per hour.
