Requirements
- DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota

Physical Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year
