Part-Time Furniture Outlet Sales Associate - Benefits Eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide detailed product information.
• Ensure a pleasant and engaging shopping experience.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and personalized customer service.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Assist in stocking and tracking merchandise.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Aid in cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in sales and customer service roles.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay

Expected offer range: $15/hour plus sales commission. With sales commission earning potential is up to $20/hr. You will earn a 5% commission on your individual net sales. Guaranteed up to 20 hours per week.
