Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense medication and fulfill medication orders by preparing, packaging, and labeling bottles, vials, and oral suspensions
  • Track and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Ensure timely and precise medication distribution to healthcare providers
  • Monitor and replenish medication supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

What We Require

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with emphasis on compounding and fulfillment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining consistent punctuality and reliability, with the ability to effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic pharmacy environment

Preferred Requirements

  • A current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the PTCB
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems such as Lifefile, PioneerRx, or QS/1
  • Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
