Part-Time Fuel Educator | Mall of America

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a premium guest experience at the Fuel Café as well as on the retail floor, when needed
• Build strong relationships with guests, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment
• Work with the other team members in welcoming, interacting, and engaging guests in order to determine their interests and meet their fueling needs
• Prepare customized orders to include but not limited to: espresso, cappuccino, latte, decaf espresso, smoothies
• Set up & break down of coffee station
• Maintain and clean coffee station
• Perform daily shift side work, opening duties, and closing duties, as assigned by the Fuel Manager
• Clean and stock coffee station throughout service
• Follow cleaning schedule as designated by the Café General Manager, maintain highest quality of areas at all times
• Follows the Café’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
• Maintain inventory
• Attend monthly team meetings

Job Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Other: Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music, willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work, willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base pay range: From $19.00- $21.86/hour subject to minimum wage in the location
• Total target compensation range: Between $21.00- $23.86/ hour
