Job Responsibilities

Aid customers and maintain high levels of service and courtesy from all associates.
Perform product scanning and process customer orders accurately, efficiently, and promptly.
Handle various forms of payment and coupons correctly.
Manage voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges effectively.
Answer customer inquiries or requests.
Assist with front-end maintenance and cleaning duties.

Job Requirements

Operate necessary equipment such as scanners, registers, check approval machines, coupon machines, intercoms, calculators, etc.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Maintain memorization, reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Capable of providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
Display good judgment, especially when immediate supervision is unavailable.
Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
Capable of working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 18 years of age and older.
Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., walking on uneven ground, reaching, bending, turning, and performing repetitive motions.
