Responsibilities

• Greet families and create a welcoming, professional environment
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and account updates
• Register new families and explain our programs clearly
• Check students in and help classes run on time
• Process payments accurately
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate effectively with instructors and team members

Requirements

• Must be 16+ years old
• Previous customer service experience required
• Comfortable interacting with both kids and adults
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional
• Show up on time, every time
• Stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Take responsibility for your role
• Bring a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Take pride in doing things the right way
