Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) Usage: We may utilize an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) in connection with the assessment or evaluation of candidates. The AEDT is designed to assist in objectively evaluating candidate qualifications based on specific job-related characteristics. Job Qualifications and Characteristics Assessed: The AEDT evaluates candidates based on job qualifications and characteristics pertinent to the role, including skills, experience, and competencies relevant to the position requirements. These qualifications are determined by the unique needs of each role within our company. Alternative Selection Process or Reasonable Accommodations: Candidates who require an alternative selection process or a “reasonable accommodation,” as defined under applicable disability laws, may make a request through our designated contact channel national_recruiting@fsresidential.com. Requesting Information About the AEDT - NYC Local Law 144: Candidates who reside in New York City and are subject to NYC Local Law 144 may request information about the AEDT, including details on the type of data collected, the sources of such data, and our data retention policies. To submit a request, please contact us at national_recruiting@fsresidential.com; we will respond in accordance with Local Law 144, within 30 days. We need to remove boilerplate: Disclaimer, AEDT usage, Alternative Selection Process, Requesting Information About the AEDT - NYC Local Law 144, etc. Also remove any application instructions (none present). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to keep substantive info: location, pay, schedule, job overview, responsibilities, skills & qualifications, physical requirements, what we offer (benefits). Also maybe "Job Overview" could be "About the role". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have location: "33487" (maybe zip code). Not a heading; we can include in a short

maybe. Pay: $19/hr. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Responsibilities: list of duties. Skills & Qualifications: includes education, experience, computer literacy, communication skills, language fluency, etc. Physical Requirements: ability to lift, etc. What We Offer: benefits. We need to decide which sections to output. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine some. We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for About the role (Job Overview). Responsibilities. Skills & Qualifications (maybe combine Skills and Qualifications). Requirements (maybe physical requirements). Benefits. Pay. Schedule. We could output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (physical), Qualifications (education/experience/skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Or combine Skills and Qualifications into one. But we need to follow the headings exactly as given? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use any of those headings as appropriate. Not required to use all. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus for each section we need to decide if content is list or prose. About the role: prose (Job Overview). Could be

. Responsibilities: list of duties. Use

      • . Requirements: maybe physical requirements list. Use
        • . Qualifications: maybe education/experience/skills list. Use
          • . Skills: maybe also list but we could combine with Qualifications. Benefits: list of benefits. Use
            • . Pay: maybe just a

              with pay. Schedule: maybe

with schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include all details from job overview, responsibilities, skills & qualifications, physical requirements, what we offer. We must not include boilerplate like disclaimer, AEDT, etc. We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. Let's extract substantive content. Location: "33487". Probably zip code. We'll include in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Could be part of About the role? Might be separate metadata. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So location is minor metadata; we can include in a short

maybe at top. Pay: $19/hr. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills.
