Part-Time Fraternity and Sorority Student Assistant
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling room reservations, coordinating events and catering, and monitoring Standards of Excellence program form submissions.
- Provide direct support for the preparation and logistics of in-person programming.
- Aid in the technical development of education through online platforms.
- Support data input, including participation tracking, student responses, and program assessment.
- Develop a marketing strategy for educational programming, including collecting images from events.
- Aid in the development of educational programs and curriculum based on the strategic priorities of the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
- Assist with other duties as assigned, often based on assistant’s interest areas and past experiences.
Requirements
- Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters
- 10-20 hours per week
Qualifications
- Skills in communication, program development and assessment, marketing, organization and planning, and strategic planning.
- Experience with virtual education.
- Interest and/or experience in assisting with educational programs and curriculum development.
