Part-Time Framer

Store position in Vista, CA focused on building customer relationships and delivering custom framing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful in difficult situations.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to meet budget and standards.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred, including selling products and/or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

• Public retail store setting with climate-controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Some outdoor work (e.g., retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks).
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Pay

Total base pay range for this position: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
