About the role

The Flooring and Coating Foreman will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of flooring and coating performed at the assigned location. The candidate must be experienced in epoxy application, concrete sealing, cutting out concrete, apply paint varnishes and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of a crew that works on the flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
• Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.

Education and Experience

• Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
