Part Time Floor Technician

About the role

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining and restoring hard-surface floors, operating industrial floor care equipment, and performing cleaning procedures for floors, carpets, and upholstery.

Responsibilities

• Use proper techniques for floor stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing
• Operate automated cleaning equipment
• Perform maintenance and restorative tasks on various floor surfaces
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in floor care or related roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently

Pay and Schedule

This is a part-time role with a pay rate of $16/hour and schedule flexibility.
