Part Time Floor Care Technician Tucson VA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and emergency services
• Specialized floor care (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing hard surface floors)
• Carpet cleaning and extracting
• Secure work areas using appropriate safety procedures
• Follow all company and safety rules and regulations
• Ensure cleanliness of the work site after service completion
• Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies are in good working order

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
• Highly organized and dependable
• Attention for detail
• Must be able to speak and read fluent English
