Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Operating floor equipment including extractors and buffing machines.
• Using hand and power tools such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, mops, and floor strippers.
• Inspecting floors for any damage and carrying out minor repairs.
• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Labeling chemicals correctly.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
• Keeping an inventory of floor areas and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assisting with hazardous waste collection as requested by your supervisor.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

• Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences or tardies.
• Great customer feedback.
• Start on time and work within budgeted hours.
• Minimize accidents and damage.
• Find and fix problems.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to consent to and pass a background screen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify is used to verify employment eligibility).
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term employment.

Pay
