Part Time Float Pharmacy Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeps the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arkansas
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Ability to use your own car to travel the other sites when needed
• Ability to stay overnight when needed for travel
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Qualifications

• Preferred: National Pharmacy Technician Certification

Pay and Schedule

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.

Schedule

This is a part-time, 24 hour a week role. The pharmacy will be open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. The manager will work with you on the schedule each week based on business needs.

Location

Your home site will be 2400 S 48th St #1110, Springdale AR 72762, but you will be asked to cover sites in Little Rock, El Dorado, Hope, Texarkana, Pine Bluff and Searcy to help with PTO and call outs.
