Part Time Float Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy

About the role

This full-time Float Pharmacist position involves performing professional duties and responsibilities associated with processing prescriptions. This role requires 100% travel and guarantees 16 hours per week, covering PTO for locations in Grants Pass, Eugene, Medford, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Newport, Tillamook, and Klamath Falls when open.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 16 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provide information to customers about medications and their use
• Focus on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administer immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Perform any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Oregon
• Immunization Certification Certificate
• Willingness to complete LAI training and administer LAI
• Driver's License and Car Insurance
• Willing and able to travel to ALL sites in Grants Pass, Eugene, Medford, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Newport, Tillamook, and Klamath Falls when open
• Willing and able to work 16 hours each week
