Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About the role

The Flex Sales Associate (Part-Time) role fits your lifestyle. You’ll jump in during peak hours—evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. This role requires completion of an assessment emailed after application submission.

Flex Sales Associates work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons, with a schedule that varies based on business needs.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (fans).
• Embrace and embody the store culture as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Engage authentically to craft loyal fans and foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Work comfortably with a variable schedule, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated results-oriented selling ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
