About The Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by engaging with customers and promoting Pandora products.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in managing inventory and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Support store operations during peak hours and special events.
• Engage with customers to inspire them to style their jewellery and express their personal stories.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and able to provide identification and employment eligibility documentation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passionate about jewelry and the ability to connect with customers at all levels.
